Visit County Durham and Destination North East England are collaborating with the GDS-Movement to develop a regenerative tourism framework.

The aim is to ensure the region's tourism strategies and activities maximise the positive social, environmental and economic impacts of the tourism and events industry in each destination within the North East, and across the region.

As part of the development process, we're hosting an interactive stakeholder engagement workshop on 8th February from 9:30am to 1:00pm at the Discovery Museum in Newcastle.
