Dalton Park Outlet welcomes stylish bar and dining experience to its line up
This summer, Dalton Park Outlet, the North East’s largest outlet shopping destination, will welcome Cafebar eighteen38, a dynamic Scottish-born eatery choosing Dalton Park as its debut venue outside of Scotland.
Opening on Friday 25th July, Cafebar eighteen38 will offer guests a premium dining experience, complete with an elegant bar, making it the perfect place to meet and celebrate with friends and family, from daytime into the evening.
Offering a flavour-packed adventure that perfectly balances tradition and innovation, the menu will celebrate the best of Scottish cuisine combined with the flavours of the North East. Local recipes and premium meats sourced from its very own award-winning David Stein Butchers will tempt the whole family, from 21-day-aged premium cut steaks and small plates perfect for sharing, to classic, family-favourites such as burgers, pizzas and salads.
Guests can also enjoy an exclusive cocktail, Dalton Delight, crafted in collaboration with local distillers WL Distillery, that brings a flavour of Dalton Park’s parklands to every sip. And, launching in perfect time for summer, Cafebar eighteen38 features an attractive outdoor dining area, allowing guests to unwind al fresco to enjoy a relaxing dinner or drinks following a day’s shopping.
Whether visitors are starting their day with a fresh coffee, enjoying a hearty breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or treating themselves to a couple of drinks after browsing the shops, Cafebar eighteen38 promises something for everyone. In addition, Cafebar eighteen38 will be introducing an innovative and interactive dining experience as part of their offerings. Soon, diners will be able to opt for Cafebar’s Hot Rocks feature – giving guests the option to cook their own steak at the table!
With extended evening hours and live entertainment at weekends from local artists, Cafebar eighteen38 provides a vibrant setting where guests can savour expertly crafted drinks and contemporary cuisine in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere – all delivered with attentive at-table service.
