It was a successful night for the County at the VisitEngland Awards for Excellence 2022 held at the Library of Birmingham on Wednesday 8th June.

Congratulations to both our Strategic Partners Seaham Hall Hotel awarded Gold in the Small Hotel of the Year category, and Hotel Indigo Durham awarded Silver for Large Hotel of the Year.

The prestigious VisitEngland Awards for Excellence, running for more than 30 years, celebrate and champion innovation, quality and best practice across the industry recognising businesses and individuals who raise the bar of England's tourism offer.
